Framed Abstract Acrylic Pour Painting, 5×5 Original Canvas in Black Wood-Grain Frame

Some paintings sit quietly on the wall. This one stares back.

Here we have an original acrylic pour painting created by hand at Shattered Layer Studio in Reno, Nevada. Layers of emerald green, deep violet, magenta, copper, sky blue, and bright white were poured and pulled into a chaotic burst of color, with spiky black tendrils reaching across the canvas and tiny red accents scattered throughout. At the heart of it all, a pale ghostly face with glowing red eyes and a jagged grin peers out from the storm. Look long enough and you’ll start finding more creatures hiding in the chaos.

The 5×5 inch canvas is mounted on a vivid teal felt backing and set inside a black wood-grain frame with an 8×8 inch display opening, giving the piece a finished, gallery-ready look without the gallery price tag. The frame has an attached easel stand for desks, bookshelves, and mantels, plus a wall hanger if you’d rather hang it.

Because every pour is made by feel rather than from a set recipe, no two pieces are ever alike. This exact painting is the only one in existence, and once it’s gone, it’s gone. Each piece is hand-initialed by the artist.
