Framed Abstract Acrylic Pour Painting – Red, Orange & Sky Blue, 5×5 Original Canvas in Black Wood-Grain Frame

Some paintings sit still. This one feels like it’s about to take off.

This original acrylic pour painting was created by hand at Shattered Layer Studio in Reno, Nevada. Fiery streaks of red and orange, laced with white, sweep upward from a soft pink base, fanning out against bright sky blue. Above them, broad blocks of violet and metallic copper frame the top of the canvas, edged with small flashes of white. Some people see a flower opening, some see flames or wings, some see a burst of pure energy. What you find in it is up to you.

The 5×5 inch canvas is mounted on a warm chocolate brown felt backing and set inside a black wood-grain frame with an 8×8 inch display opening. It’s displayed without a front cover so the raised texture of the pour stays visible and catches the light. The frame has an attached easel stand for desks, bookshelves, and mantels, plus a wall hanger if you’d rather hang it.

Because every pour is made by feel rather than from a set recipe, no two pieces are ever alike. This exact painting is the only one in existence, and once it’s gone, it’s gone. Each piece is hand-initialed by the artist.
